Cancellation
Policy
All reservations MUST be guaranteed by either full details of a
current credit card OR a cash or cheque deposit equivalent to 1
nights accommodation. No reservations are confirmed until the above
conditions have been met.
CANCELLATION of a confirmed booking.
If cancellation of a confirmed booking is not made 24 hours prior to
the date of arrival ,100% of daily tariff will be charged. If more
than 24 hours notice is given there will be no charge. For group
bookings a 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required when the
reservation is made. The balance of the deposit, equivalent to 1
nights accommodation will be required 14 days prior to date of
arrival.
